Our management team consists of industry leaders, many having previously worked together in successfully pioneering the product acquisition/development/commercialization model.  Collectively, over the past 15 years, our team has successfully executed more than 30 deal transactions applying acquisition criteria similar to that employed at Oceana.  The breadth of our industry expertise includes experience with clinical trials, regulatory  approvals, managing cGMP manufacturing, sales and marketing, product reimbursement issues, and providing strong medical affairs and customer service product support.
